Where do I begin? Low wage for highly skilled labor. This company preys on inexperienced college workers looking for an internship. No drive time pay so a 12 hour day is paid for 8 hours; its almost criminal. Long days are seldom appreciated by some managers. Some managers do not even work in the field. 2 managers seem to bicker at every opportunity making it the problem of everyone else. High turnover plagues this company. All this combined, throwing human suffering at million dollar projects for $11/hr was the cherry on top.
