    Pros

    Local Denver leadership and fellow employees, pay and benefits were adequate, strong safety emphasis

    Cons

    Upper management vision and strategic planning. Rode the waves of work by hiring and firing. not very welcoming to women in the design department. paying subcontractors, vendors and suppliers. general business development

    Advice to Management

    CFO focused on small things instead of efficient systems. Company needs to have a long term plan for the boom and busts of the oil and gas industry so it is worth being publicly traded.

    Pros

    The local office is filled with fantastic, hard-working employees committed to one another and their clients. The office is really nice and there are mints in the lobby. If you think trading mints for career-crippling, corporate abuse is worthwhile, I'm sure you'll love it here.

    Cons

    Corporate management has always and will always be the major issue holding back the advancement of this organization. HR is committed to losing track of applicants, their hiring status, informing hiring managers new recruits are scheduled to report for work when Background checks, drug tests, and IT forms have yet to be filed. Corporate management excels at demotivation, not responding in a timely manner, removing... benefits, withholding much needed IT upgrades, keeping employee pay locked for years on end, and spinning promises they never intend to keep.
