    Pay is good, they do not put too much pressure. Managers and colleagues are helpful.

    Sales and marketing seems weak.

    They need more focus on sales and marketing. They need to inform employees about company situation.

    Pros

    ENGlobal was small enough to make the office feel liek a family. Even during "hot" times, everyone was able to stay friendly and work together.

    Cons

    Benefits aren't as good as you would recieve working the same job at one of the client companies.

    Advice to Management

    Monitor the activities and time managment of middle management.
