Pros

Potential for a software company, support staff is amazing and helpful.

Cons

Unfortunately, Management is inept and too much turnover from top down due to owners unstable, poor attitude. Lots of promises that are not true. Be weary and ask lots of questions before taking the offer for a job. Majority of "Employees" listed on LinkedIn are no longer there.

1. Since I have joined the organization management have put in a tremendous effort into growth and development. 2. The company has a sensational work/family balance with an understanding of why we do what we do. 3. The Software Portfolio hits such a note with the industry that we can approach clients and prospective clients with confidence and pride in what we do. Management and the Executive Team are "Human first".

Cons

The organization has fostered an ethos of growth and development and may not be suitable for those looking to fly under the radar.

Pros

I joined ENow at a pivotable time within the company where an immense amount of change was occurring. During this time, I was able to step up in lead key initiatives and projects enabling me to gain first-hand leadership experience early in my career. Being a smaller company the ability to work cross-functionally and learn about other key areas of the business is invaluable. Last but certainly not least, the people at ENow were an absolute pleasure to work with and were always willing to lend a helping hand. The leadership team is very approachable and committed to continually make ENow a great place to work.

Cons

This isn't the company for everyone, if you don't have a relentless drive you won't last long. Specifically, if you're the type of person who needs their handheld throughout onboarding and your day-to-day role ENow isn't the place for you. However, the team is always willing to help and answer questions should you ask. While wearing multiple hats is part of a startup environment oftentimes certain employees can be spread too thin and balls get dropped. As the company continues to mature both people-responsibilities and processes will need to evolve.
