Pros

ENSCO gives you the opportunity to grow within your field, is supportive of your desire to obtain certifications and advanced degrees. The environment is very collaborative and the work is interesting - many people are "lifers" and retire with a healthy 401(k) portfolio.

Cons

The communication from Senior Management can be improved.

Advice to Management

Communicate with the employees in more detail and on a more regular basis so we know and understand why certain changes are being made and what affect they may have on us.
