ERA has a lot of tools for the agents the downside is it is so difficult to maneuver to find them.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at ERA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Robust, interesting industry with strong consistent growth year on year.

    Cons

Run by technical people with very little business sense. Disorganized, very poor communication with zero go-to market strategies. Sales leader is old school, lacks experience and social skills to lead a team and is more interested on what people are saying and rumours than building a sales organization and strategies. High turnover. 3 sales people came and went within less than 5 weeks.

    Advice to Management

Develop a proper training program for new hires and invest in a true marketing and sales leader with proper and established credentials.
