Some managers are good and supportive HR are friendly but seems like their hands are tied and cant do much. Salary always on time. Good location and office space.

The appraisal are always late, though we get it with arrears after few months Bias in yearly appraisal, some gets it twice a year as well while other gets once a year that too very low salary jump despite doing well. Many hard workers does not get appreciation, and there is bias.

Provided a seamless transition to a complete work-from-home setup during the COVID-19 period. Maintains a flexible and employee-friendly work environment. Highly supportive and collaborative team culture. Timely and reliable salary disbursement. Continues to offer a hybrid work model. Encourages continuous learning and development; management (AM/TL) is supportive in taking up new challenges and acquiring new skills.

At present, I have not encountered any significant concerns or challenges that I would classify as cons for the organization.
