    Fantastic work environment Management is very friendly The entire company is like one big family

    Cons

    The building is old. Lots of leakage in the building

    Advice to Management

    Just spend a little money on doing up the office. Besides that you are great

    Pros

    Great work life balance. Good salary. Great vacation time and benefits. A small non profit that was slow to grow. Tight knit family organization though.

    Cons

    I don't have anything bad to say excep I wish they would grow into a larger company. Then they would have room for people to grow.

    Advice to Management

    Step outside of the box and extend yourselves to your market. You have a lot to give but only a small market will benefit.

    Pros

    Individual growth as you are bound to do more than your KRA.

    Cons

    -Visibility is less as managers hog all the limelight. -In most cases there is no remuneration/compensation for extra efforts and will be ridiculed if requested for any. -Overall hike during appraisals are low compared the the work you have done. -Every year, appraisal is delayed and given in the month of Sept. -

    Advice to Management

    -Switch the management/managers as they have been there since stoneage. They walk and talk as if they own the place. -Pay the employees w.r.t. the work they put in. -Have a conducive working environment for the employees. -No standard process is followed. Work is assigned to you from more than 1 source instead of being assigned by your manager. -HR team is not as efficient enough.
