      Strong values, poor execution - Project Manager EVS Employee Review

      Pros

      The company is debt free; they don't have stakeholders and drive their own direction.

      Cons

      Two of the three owners are amazing, and I enjoyed working for them. The third is a difficult man to work with and for. He will blame his mistakes on you and many (7) people left the company during my time there because of him. For this one reason, I cannot recommend anyone working for this company, which is unfortunate. The environment can get extremely toxic and turn fast.

      The culture is relaxed, fun, and friendly. It's great to be with a creative group of professionals who genuinely enjoy and respect their co-workers. AAA+++++

      Pros

      EVS is an absolutely wonderful company to work for. Simply put, it is a true family atmosphere here where everyone wants the company and each other to succeed. I consistently see employees going above and beyond to not only help each other but the customers -- and nothing makes you feel more appreciated than the constant praise shout-outs that come directly from management! EVS is truly a wonderful place to work and I hope to be here for many, many years!

      Cons

      I can't think of any downsides at the moment -- it really is that wonderful of a company.
