    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    - Business experience across all areas (finance, operations, management, etc)
    - Extensive training
    - Lots of opportunity for growth
    - Trend to hire very competent individuals
    - Access to a large network of business professionals

    Cons

    - You work, A LOT. Busy seasons is a misnomer. It's busy constantly
    - Pay does not match expectations and amount of time required for the job
    - Too many duties expected of the employees from both the client serving and internal administrative sides
    - In this office in particular there was very few office activities and little office camaraderie. Never really felt like a part of the Company because of it.

    Advice to Management

Increase pay to your employees and you may see retention rates level out. Require less administrative duties, and host more office events.
