Pros

Good exposure and large client-base. Good training in terms of technical knowledge and interpersonnel and communication skills. Great knowledge-sharing system and a great database for audit and accounting issues and knowledge.

Cons

Long hours, pay and benefits do not match up. No work-life balance. Need to improve on the job management process.

Advice to Management

To look at retaining the people rather than employing people during the peak seasons. To consider employees as an asset rather than an expense.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

training opportunities, friendly peers, name recognition

    Cons

Management needs to care more about its people. Lack of team work in some practice areas. Overall the advisory organization does not seem well organized. Lack of quality work is always a challenge. The practice tries to focus on operation consulting but the short duration of the projects makes it really hard to balance life and work.
