    Pros

Super friendly people, long hours Jan and Feb but reasonable the rest of the year. Good social side to the community.

    Cons

College, exams and studying again! Long hours put into studying, sometimes other people who have completed the qualification several years ago don't appreciate the amount of hours required.

    Advice to Management

Bonuses payments / incentives, so you feel valued.
