I worked at EY full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

In developed countries EY has solid infrastructure and good environment with good salary. EY hires great human resource. Good salary, excellent career development opportunities.

    Cons

Must have checks and balances on salary, in underdevelopment countries. If you can have checks on standards you must think about employees as-well.

    Advice to Management

    They are doing great.

I worked at EY full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Best place to work in, high technology infrastructure, big market share, investing in people, training programs are great
Finally it's one of the big four

    Cons

Work pressure is the worst thing you could face, besides the promotion in the middle east region is very slow and tough, however, people could have the chance to get double promotions some time, but in my opinion personal connections could play part in this as this happened to me when I was an employee there

    Advice to Management

Invest in people as they are the main asset for the firm
