Pros

If you spend time to use the resources available (e.g. get leadership experience thru the various employee resource networks, educate self on various world-class internal publications), you find yourself in an environment where the people around you do care about you.

Cons

Just like anywhere, you should own your own career path.

    Pros

    Good work culture and great people to work with.

    Cons

    Consulting side is unstructured and unorganized. People dont come to office often.

    Pros

    -get a lot of exposure
    -great learning environment
    -people are great to work with and supportive
    -

    Cons

    - constant turnover can lead to increased workload
    - they're not too good about getting rid of people that are hurting the brand name

    Advice to Management

    - over compensate for forecasted for turnover so that current employees do not get burnt out and leave (which causes forecasted turnover to be inaccurate)
