I have been working at EY full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Lots of training, great people to work with, excellent career prospects

    Cons

Such a big company so hard to make a difference, work/life balance during busy season is non-existent-expect to work extremely long hours including weekends, work load is not at all consistent

    Advice to Management

Promote the people who deserve it, don't forget that employees work to live, not live to work!

I worked at EY full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

In depth knowledge of various industries
    International working environment
ACCA qualification (tuition and exams) paid by employer

    Cons

    Insufficient number of people
    Very tight deadlines
    Enormous pressure
A high amount of time spent on traveling to and from the client

    Advice to Management

The amount of work is not in line with the number of employees, a thing widely known in the audit practice, which leads to long working hours and tight deadlines. Management should re-think the employment process and tie it back to the work requirements
