I have been working at EY full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Some great projects and people to work with. The culture is very people friendly and the partners mostly have time to discuss your carrer with you. The standard of people you work with is very high and they are nice people at the same time.

Cons

Can be very political and has grown quickly leading to the structure being top heavy. It does not pay as well as some of the other Big 4 and the bonus system is not very good or large. It can aslo be very hard for people to get on if they are in a regional location.

    Advice to Management

IF SOME MANAGEMENT GUYS ARE READING THIS, THEN PLEASE REALIZE THAT A REPUTATION OF THE ORGANIZATIONS STEMS FROM TWO THINGS ; A CLIENT AND THEN THE EMPLOYEE. Please accept every employee for who they are and use their skills accordingly. We work for pay and growth. A little bit of both will do no harm to anyone. Please analyse a person's skill and hire. Donot blindly believe what the hiring guys tell you. Self scrutinize
