    Flexible hours for all employees
    Policies helpful to women
    Good CSR efforts
Excellent soft skill trainings and reasonably good technical trainings which are also enhanced by internal team knowledge sharing sessions

    Cons

    No work life balance
Manager involvement in engagements very minimal many times and skewed towards certain pet projects only
No concrete feedback on engagement performance.Very generic feedback which does not correctly justify rating or help with future performance
Managers/seniors rarely resort to constructive criticism
    Unrealistic expectations
Performance management and engagement evaluation systems are not implemented to their fullest potential

    Advice to Management

Senior Management should be more involved at what is happening at grass root level
Senior management should actively participate in engagement closure with the execution team
Salary and bonus can be improved considering the work life balance issues

I have been working at EY full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Idealistic, whereby enough senior people subscribe to the firm's values to benefit all who want to succeed. Overall, this is a highly positive environment.

    Cons

Not everyone behaves/ believes in meritocracy and sees that giving others a chance means increasing their support base for the future. Also, where are all the alumni from top universities like LSE in senior management?
