No opinion of CEO

Pros

Benefits: health plans, subsidized child and elder care, 3 weeks vacation time, funded pension,
,flexible time off, ability to work from home, ability to move around within the organization, stability, opportunities to moved to a different office.

Cons

At times I have worked some with very poorly developed management. But then I have had the opportunity to work with wonderfully talented management , this can vary from year to year. My experience at EY is very dependent upon the quality of management I have each year.

Focus in satellite offices of inclusivity of women seems to focus solely on client serving personnel. It would be nice if there was equal focus from the local offices on CBS personnel.

Advice to Management

More transparency with headcount changes

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Great place to start off (Big 4 accounting). A place where you will grow professionally and network with very intelligent and diverse individuals at all levels of the firm.

The firm also believes in flexibility (compressed workweeks, part-time, telecommuting), which is a plus.

    Cons

Big decisions should be though out more thoroughly by executive management.

Pay could be better. Also bonuses should be given, at least annually.

The firm does not support tuition reimbursement for high achievers.

    Advice to Management

Executive management of the firm should put more consideration into how the impact of large decisions will effect all levels of the organization.
