Pros

good projects, good clients across with some opportunities to work globally. own initiative is madatory and lot of networking in that direction to get on good projects

Cons

evil people as expected in consulting in london. sadly some or many people get up the ladder with help of politics and manipulation only rather than meritocracy

Advice to Management

reward talent not politics

    I have been working at EY full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Young & exciting workplace to be in. Activities planned & organised planned during the whole year. Training in Non technical areas given equal importance alike technical competence.

    Cons

    Too much of internal politics. Inefficient employees often getting rewarded & inaction against non-performers. Doesn't believe in retaining strong performers..

    Advice to Management

    Rewarding merit from time to time & giving recognition to the right employees is very essential. Awards to inefficient employees gives wrong signals to the other hard working employees.
