I worked at EY full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Working at EY looks good on a resume

Cons

Cut throat culture. It is only about looking after yourself and running over other people to get ahead. Morally unpleasant.

I have been working at EY full-time

    Pros

Just made the switch to EY from another Big 4 firm. EY is very much a "people focused" establishment. Impressed with what I've witnessed thus far with respect to how they run the firm, leadership and the collaborative / teaming culture. And they are not afraid to invest in their people (compensation, training).

    Cons

    Nothing so far...I remain optimistic!

    Advice to Management

Continue with the current agenda and you'll easily beat out the other Big 4 firms in the ongoing "war for talent."
