I have been working at EY full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Good flexible working policies, interesting opportunities, good career management and development opportunities, collegiate working environment.

Cons

Unclear reward and recognition, huge salary ranges with no clarity around differentiators. Inconsistent levels of senior managers and directors, from inspiring role models to 'how on earth are they still here?' people.

Advice to Management

Some clarity around salary bands. The same rigour applied to senior level promotions and performance management as junior staff.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at EY as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Learn as you go atmosphere where mostly everyone is professional and dedicated about work, be ready to work and work hard for everything. Time management is everything. Opportunity for growth endless given you are working in an emerging market with few professionals with foreign degrees. Exceptional work-life balance.

    Cons

Pay on very lower end of consultancy and experience between interns and some senior level management is nothing more than a few years.

    Advice to Management

Continue to empower women and keep interns as employed workers. Don't try and minimize opportunities within the office for the sake of not being interested in paying more workers.
