I have been working at EY full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly management, generally non-confrontational workplace. Work-life balance can be good at times, although it really varies depending on your team. Employer brand is strong and recognized worldwide.

    Cons

Very inefficient work processes. Back office and support services exceedingly incompetent. IT systems very subpar. The type of work we do in China is very implementation-based, which is disappointing for a department called "Advisory".

    Advice to Management

Pay overtime, so there is more push for efficiency. It will make the entire organization more productive and make your employees happier.
