    Pros

A number of partners were unbelievably skilled experts in their respective fields. An absolute pleasure to work with each and every one that I had the opportunity to.

    Cons

Atrocious technology; too much time wasted on silly PR stunts (the rebranding)

    Advice to Management

Don't waste money on these silly PR stunts in an effort to convince us that we're at a good job. The job is what it is (functionally fungible with the other Big4). Please, just give us stable internet, working printers, and computers that can open excel files without crashing. There's no excuse for this happening, especially during busy season.

I worked at EY part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There is a supportive culture, and the pay is good. The clients are also very high profile, which is good if you are trying to leave after a few years, which most people are.

    Cons

The work is boring and repetitive. They also tend to claim their advisory work is more analytical than it actually is in practice. This was a major turnoff.
