    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at EY full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Flexibility and benefits are generally good. It's a big company so there is a lot of opportunity and exposure to things that you don't see in smaller organizations. This can be a double-edged sword.

    Cons

The flexibility is needed for the long hours. Back office staff are too often viewed as a "necessary evil" and while we hear how well the organization is doing somehow the pool for salary increases seems awfully small.

    Advice to Management

Don't forget that back office staff gives the client serving staff the ability to do their jobs. Don't cut back on budget and staff then complain that there are problems.
