You will have fun working with beer and there are some great people that work here. You can basically make your own hours.
Cons
The biggest thing is NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT. Lots if top-talent have left recently. You can work hard and do a great job for years, it doesn’t matter. You may get a tiny raise, but the work becomes very unfulfilling and tedious with time. The goals are given to leadership and rarely make sense for your territory, which can make pay fluctuate. There is a huge emphasis on “making friends” but the company continues to hold policies that anger customers. The culture in Denver needs some help. Lots of upset employees holding their tongues and complaining behind backs. Huge disconnect between vision and what is actually happening in the market.
