    the people that work there, the workers, really want to see the company grow and try really hard to get the job done with what we have.

    Cons

    the management team doesnt know what to do. Micro manangers, no leadership.

    Fantastic benefits, even after some reductions.

    Cons

    When layoffs come inevitably lurking time after time there are certain decisions in those who are let go that leave us scratching our heads and wondering what management could possibly have been thinking.

    Advice to Management

    We would love some transparency in the rationale used in deciding who is laid off and who isn't.
