Great people who work there... very helpful and want you to learn. Unfortunately they were sucked in this scam and it consumed their mindset.
Cons
Basically a pyramid scheme that is well known. BEWARE OF ENTRY LEVEL MARKETING JOBS LIKE THESE, THIS IS NOT THE ONLY ONE. But if you don’t know about the pyramid scheme then it seems like such a great opportunity. They use big words, lengthy responses and degrade your intelligence to basically avoid telling you exactly what you will be doing...which is... SELLING WIFI IN WALMART. You will be standing there for 7-8 hours asking people to switch to a certain WiFi company like (AT&T, Xfinity, etc). They will not tell you that until your first day when your on the way to the store. Then guilt trip you in every meeting about seeing the positive and how you can grow if you “believe in yourself” but honestly it will take at least a year or close to it until you are not pitching in Walmart anymore. They lie about how much you will make so you will be dreamy eyes about the numbers but those are if you sell a lot because it’s mostly commission. And selling isn’t easy because most people are telling you to go away,
Overall, just don’t waste your time unless you want to sell WiFi in Walmart is my advice.
