I worked at Easter Seals full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

participants, case managers, families, community... the building is very nice and would be very relaxing if it weren't for the horrible management.

    Cons

MANAGEMENT! Poor pay. Unfair practices, favoritism, very secretive. Ewa is particularly bad... You owe it to yourself to avoid this company at all costs.

    Advice to Management

There is no hope for ESH with you all at the helm...

I worked at Easter Seals part-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

This was more than a training program, although you learned a lot, but the hands on is the best training one can receive, you learned all procedures of how an office is suppose to operate on a daily basis

    Cons

The only thing I can think of is everybody at Easter Seals is working on
a contract, and you would hope that they would hire you, so after my first 4 years I was asked to renew my contract for another 4 years, and I was hoping that they would hire me. I was told no money in budget, this was a government sponsored program.

    Advice to Management

I feel as though when you really train a person for quality not quantity You should try and get them into the company
