I have been working at Eaton full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of great people, the company is looking at future growth, and there are plenty of opportunities, especially with the recent acquisition of Cooper.

    Cons

There are a lot of rural locations that make it more difficult to recruit talent. Innovation is often stifled by looking at shorter term analyses over the long term. Systems are outdated and the onboarding process is a "learn on the job" mentality with little to no training.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to incentivize employees, especially high potential talent, in other ways than movement from role to role every two years.
