Money was good, free food occasionally, great stepping-stone job to build portfolio
No opportunities for career growth, benefits verbally offered but often forgotten, very high turnover, no personal boundaries when it comes to work and home life from owners/management, high-stress environment2

A lot of variation in clients / types of projects Great professional experience Laid-back atmosphere Great work-life balance Bagel tuesday Management that actually cares about you Free lunch first friday Free Parking They hire people that are easy to work with
Budgets for projects are occasionally small (but only because Ebbeka will sometimes help people out who can't afford full-price firm work).

This is a great place to start if you are a recent graduate, you will have a lot of variety to work on: print, web, and branding. You will learn so much since the owners are very flexible in teaching you.
There are no benefits - no 401k, no health insurance, no PTO. The computers are also outdated and can sometimes be slow or need to be restarted. Raises are not a thing, even if you ask. It's also not a good place to work long-term; maybe just two years top.1
