      They change so much it makes you wonder if they are aware of the true mission. Change at times is good but when a org chart, title, department changes more than 4 times within a year do you know what your focus is or are you just guessing.

      Pros

      Everyone on the team gets along with each other and helps each other out when needed. The work environment is great!

      Cons

      The contract is only for three years. However, the work and work environment makes it worth the stay, and a contract renewal is possible!
