The company wants us to be a community getting all of Colorado residents to go Solar! It's great their are ski trips, baseball games, too much more fun! We're all about making the best while doing good to our economy! Pay is great too if you work hard!!

Cons

Winter time is hard it's very little hours I stayed at home a lot but pay was still good because the phone team rocks, bringing customers back!

Pros

Some internal promotions are possible, and a few managers genuinely cared and tried to support their teams. Those good managers were deeply appreciated. Entry-level employees can gain basic experience in the solar or sales industries.

Cons

My mental health was at its worst while working here. After being promoted into multiple departments, I saw firsthand the toxicity and blame culture between teams. Certain departments would create problems and then convince the CEO that the fault lay elsewhere. The CEO fostered a high-pressure, manipulative sales environment rooted in his timeshare background. He even played The Boiler Room — a movie about unethical sales — as if it were a source of inspiration. Sales agents were allowed to mislead customers, and the CEO himself would get on the phone and lie directly to customers about his identity, the company, and what the solar panels could realistically do. Much of the company’s process and product info is intentionally withheld from customers as a tactic. Growth beyond entry-level is limited, and leadership is inconsistent at best.
