I have been working at Ecolab full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great products that do what they promise. Ecolab has a great history of providing proven cleaning solutions that perform better than the competition.

    Cons

The company is as dog eat dog as it gets with crony promotions and failure to promote worthy candidates. Managers pit salesmen against each other and watch them scramble to achieve unobtainable budgets.

    Advice to Management

Remember that the company exists to serve the customer. Treat your customers as if they were the only reason why you are in business. Stop trying to rob them by selling them more solutions than they actually need.
