    Pros

    - Get to work with a wide variety of big name clients and get experience across different industries - get to work with really smart and fun people - convenient office location - good benefits

    Cons

    - low compensation - upper management doesn’t respect junior staff resulting in high turnover on all levels because there’s so much exhausting changeover and shuffling - little to no onboarding both to Edelman and to each account. So many people got thrown straight in the deep end resulting in gaps in their knowledge and just guessing what’s the right thing to do (aka copying something that worked for another client instead...

    Advice to Management

    Show that you care about your junior staff (and all staff) and start teaching them how to actually do their jobs well because before you know it they’ll be the face of Edelman and drive it into the ground because they came up in a time that didn’t teach them anything.
