For the most part, nearly everyone I worked with at Edelman was a good person who wanted to do good work, do right by the clients, and see their colleagues succeed. There are lots of interesting clients and projects. You really do have the chance to explore different paths, interests, industries, etc. and make your own way if you choose to pursue it. Solid parental & personal leave policies. Practicing what they preach in terms of DEI.
Cons
Long hours at the beck & call of clients, although there's not much management at any level can do about that short of changing the entire industry business model. Leadership preaches work-life balance but it's not realistic for many employees based on their client load, leading to burnout.

Very well-known clients, lots of visibility as an employee. Easy to get promoted.
Cons
Work/life balance was difficult. Employees were sometimes spread too thin.
