Our leadership team is dedicated to making sure every EdgeLink employee feels appreciated for their work and contributions. We work hard to maintain a respectful work environment, so it’s disappointing for us to hear that you had a negative experience. It's true—having multiple work locations can be challenging, and our team is constantly working to improve our processes and find ways to communicate better across state lines. We’ve recently invested in several collaboration technologies to foster increased communication among our worksites, in hopes that we can be an even better company. We believe we provide adequate training and are continuously asking for feedback around how it can be more effective. We encourage employees to request additional training if needed, as we invest a lot of resources into ramping up our newest employees in their first year with us.
