I worked at Edible Arrangements part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great learning experience, friendly co-workers, happy customers, overtime on holidays.

    Cons

Minimum wage, too many workers being hired, no benefits.

    Advice to Management

Treat the employee's equally and when you see a flaw, set the employee aside to tell them they could fix it instead of giving them lesser hours.

I worked at Edible Arrangements part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

None. Is a mediocre job that could be easy if the management was not that incompetent.

    Cons

Is a franchise so you are at the mercy of the owner. Low hours, manager that plays favoritism, on V-day can get pretty crazy (working up to 17 hours with no break on 13 of Feb and 13 hours on 14 of Feb).

    Advice to Management

Should quit for lack of management skills
