Easy to ask the team for guidance as you begin or as questions arise. But you are also given the independence and flexibility to make your own decisions about your classes. Sometimes could be lack of communication about changes to your class, for example new students joining, but protocol is changing this. Initial training, especially around how to access the tutoring resources online, could have been more detailed.
