      Lots of opportunities to learn new things. Managers are willing to try your innovative ideas and also help and guide to bring out the best in you. Career growth in your area of interest. The company values your quality and quantity of work. Good working atmosphere with awesome colleagues.

      Cons

      I don't have any negative points, I wish there were more team-building events. But I also understand that it is not feasible at this point of time due to covid.

      I joined Educurve Learning 3 years ago and I am still working here. All associates and team leaders have cordial, goal-driven attitude. I like how fast-paced the environment is where they give plenty of opportunities to prove your mettle. 1. Good work-life balance 2. Management sets realistic deadlines 3. Excellent opportunity to learn and grow.
