    Pros

    Good bosses from whom I learned a lot, but they overpromise and have little leverage/support from top Management for team growth. Very straight forward approach to task responsibilities. No micromanagement. Remote work was fine. Personal time was mostly respected. It is a noble and interesting industry (tech for international education)

    Cons

    - Company grows, Inflation grows, but salaries never do. Even before covid. - Some coworkers were offered initial compensations, equity and other promises that never came to be... Make sure to have every agreement written down in paper. -The only thing that seems to matter is profit and stock value for shareholders, which has never been translated into real benefits for the employees (as most companies nowadays, this has to change!!!)... Probably company value increased X times when I worked there. My salary? Will not even comment on that. Where is employer-employee commitment and appreciation? Top management appears to be focusing on flipping the company mostly. - More productivity is being required year after year, bonuses were promised many times. The company keeps growing, and employees are not enjoying the success, which translates in devalued, underappreciated and unmotivated people. Team morale is low. -Some departments request to work extra hours/days without fair/proper compensation, despite salaries being low already. - No HR, therefore no clear policies about many topics including $ and compensations. Little support/coaching for career advancement. - Little growth possibilities -COVID salary cuts. Company keeps expanding and hiring more people but salaries will stay at a reduced rate and almost no one will ask or care about your well being or bringing your salary back to normal. -It seems that the engagement that companies should have with their employees in regards of the labor relationship being way more than just some type of commercial exchange is disregarded here. I felt I was disposable element that could be dismissed at any time. -They would ask for at least 1 Month notice before leaving and get crazy mad if you do not, but they could fire you on any day without prior warnings even if it is due to "cost cuts". It is not cool to be "a cost" only. - Cheap hardware or not at all... in a tech company...really?

    limited promo and tasks. I may hard to get proper training due to Covid -19
