Pros

Tiny salary paid while studying for 7,66, and insurance in own home. Free trip to Arizona if you don't mind 5 days of constant role playing of sales scenerios , I mean training. Training on par with any fine Amway sales training program. Makes it easy to transition into vacuum sales career.
Endless meetings, conference calls, and busy work combined with the hours needed to actually work will provide endless joy to anyone with a lot of time and needs a way to spend it. Also, if you like an extremely structured environment and do not want to think about things too much, you will appreciate the company and all it has to offer.

Cons

At first the cult like atmosphere was just annoying. But after a while it was just bizarre. Person after person embracing this hokey "outdated" sales culture (I don't think they even realized they had already finished the first glass of koolaid and were on their second) was very Moonieish. Independent thought is not encouraged. The worst is doorknocking. Knocking on some strangers door in a big city does not usually result in someone in turn buying a bond from you. But on the upside if you ever decide to come back next week to run for office or sell Avon products you will know which houses to miss.

Advice to Management

Update image in urban areas. Keep practical parts of old model but modify to adapt to large cities,
modern suburbs, and urban areas. This would improve performance of newer FAs trying to build new business.

    Pros

unlimited pay. be your own boss.

    Cons

Door- knocking. I didn't think this would be a big deal. But knocking in the winter, when your fingers are too cold to write information. Constant looks of disgust as you walk thru a neighborhood. It is disheartening to see how many people will actually hate you because you knock on peoples doors. People avoid you like the plague. Not easy to deal with.

    Advice to Management

Mgmt has done an excellent job thru the past financial fiasco.
