    Pros

They offer lots of internal training opportunities to grow your skills and a lot of feedback concerning your work performance. Great place to gain skills and training. The sky is the limit if you can pass as many licensure exams and network build relationships and have proven record of successful results.

    Cons

Hiring leaders are not fully held accountable for the hiring experience as it relates to proper feedback for candidates. Some hiring leaders have unreliable expectations of candidates and new hires. There used to be a full diversity and inclusion department that targeted professional organizations and built relationships in the community to improve the organization’s diversity. Hiring leaders in some cases find ways to not hire as many diversity hires which include women and people of color because the hiring leaders are measured on diversity interview slates only not hires. Race and gender are key to diversity and inclusion of thoughts and have proven to factually make a organization more successful. They want more skills for less compensation. The compensation is lower than most competitors and theres a lot of micromanaging. Additionally, there are a lot of clicks and family members that work for the company that makes the experience sometimes feel less favorable. The workloads are heavy everything is data driven and at times this isn’t good when certain measureables aren’t considered why someone may not meet certain standards. HR doesn’t manage leaders actions well. There are some great leaders and not so great leaders that have been there for years and will probably retire there. If you are applying for a role that requires licensing and you fail your exam you are given 30-45 days to find another role. Good luck finding another role during this time hiring leaders take forever to hire new hires including internal hires.
