    Pros

    management pay great, commission good.

    Cons

    They made up policies left and right just to find ways to fire people. One manager can tell you one thing to follow then another can fire you for following the instructions given. Favoritism is recognizable from the beginning. If one HQ doesn't like you for some reason you're gone. You can get a great evaluation one day then fired for a made up reason the next.
