I worked at Eforcity full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are excellent. Company is driven to stay competitive and improve their operations.
    Product selection diverse and growing.

    Cons

Distant management and communication is not sufficient. Tries to do too much with out deep dive focus.

    Advice to Management

Provide more regular training and fostering of team work.

  2. "It's a revolving door. Turn-over is extremely high and for good reason the past couple years."

    Pros

Great colleagues, hard working people. Company lunches are a nice gesture, but trying to cater hot food... not always yummy. Good benefits.

    Cons

I've kept in touch with old colleagues. I'm told everyone keeps quitting, people who have been there for years are leaving, It's has turned into a revolving door. Long-term employees (people who have been there for 7-9 years) some are just walking off the job. Some prior colleagues have even told me they were taking anti-anxiety and anti-depression meds to try to cope with the high, unrealistic expectations. Super high pressure, high stress, little appreciation.

    Advice to Management

Take management classes. They'll tell you that 95% of people, when you ask them, will say whats most important to them at work is positive reinforcement, praise, appreciation, something along those lines. People want to feel like they are contributing and they want to hear that they are doing good job sometimes. It's important for morale, confidence building, for employees to feel secure and motivated to keep working hard for you. Communicate to employees in a respectful manner. Provide solutions or ideas and training rather than criticize. Model the same behavior you expect from your employees.
