I worked at Eidos full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

At the time, Eidos were one of the few British video game publishers left, but the staff (especially all of the ex-SCi people) were excellent.

    Cons

Lots of people pulling in different directions made it a frustrating place to work sometimes.

    Advice to Management

If you decide to do something, do it with heart and passion.
