I have been here a little over a year and still feel challenged, supported, and genuinely energized by the work and the people, which says a lot.

No real cons to report. The pace is fast and there is a high level of ownership, which can feel like a lot for some. Personally, I love challenging work and this kind of environment, so it has only been a positive.

The CEO has a modern leadership style and is very clear about expectations—and that approach makes sense given the company’s goals. I appreciate the culture that has been built, especially the opportunity to communicate directly and objectively, without unnecessary bureaucracy. I also value being close to my teammates and learning through hands-on collaboration, which creates better opportunities for growth within the company.

You need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of proactivity. This may not be the best fit for someone who prefers a slower or more structured setting.
