If you are looking to work in an Agile/Scrum environment, to get hands-on experience on the latest technologies then I think this is the place. Let me tell you one thing straight, you won't find much these things online as this company doesn't do any sort of marketing to attract resources, which they should..! Once you join then only you will realize that you took a wise decision by joining this. It's an Open and Transparent working environment without any politics involved. I would like to mention a few things that you get: 1. Flexible Timings, 2. Health Insurance, 3. Annual Company Trip with Spouses, 4. Team Lunch/Dinner, 4. Technical Training, 5. Coolest/Caring/Humble Boss, 6. Great Colleagues to work with, 7. High Resource Retention Ratio, 8. Good HR Policy, 9. 5-Days Working, 9. Hourly Compensation of 1.5 times of extra working hours, etc.. In short, consider this once if you get an offer to join. I bet you won't regret it.

As a PM, I work closely with everyone on the floor, and till now I am unable to find any, to be frank..!

This is a good company to start your career and learn from. I personally had a great experience working in this company even though it is a small company. The owner really cares for his employees and does everything in his power to keep them generally happy. The reviews about the benefits are all correct and they are only adding more as they grow.
