    Pros

The impact you have on families and patients during this time is rewarding. Regional manager is amazing. The BYS program is great for EOL patients and families. Pay is good.

    Cons

Branch manager is terrible and lacks communication, accountability and common sense. They will assign you an intake, recert, all your regular patients, then dump some other incompetent nurse's patient on you when your day is almost up. Benefits are extremely expensive. Retirement is not available until after 6 months of employment.
