Most miserable experience I ever had
Mar 14, 2023 - RN Case Manager in East Lansing, MIRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The impact you have on families and patients during this time is rewarding. Regional manager is amazing. The BYS program is great for EOL patients and families. Pay is good.
Cons
Branch manager is terrible and lacks communication, accountability and common sense. The sign on bonus will cause them to work you to death, as in 6 days a week against your will, with zero appreciation. They will assign you an intake, recert, all your regular patients, then dump some other incompetent nurse's patient on you when your day is almost up. Benefits are extremely expensive. Retirement is not available until after 6 months of employment.

Attendants need to be more important!
May 10, 2023 - Attendant in Jasper, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Love helping care for people that need it, I like that I get paid weekly.
Cons
Can never get over a certain amount of hours. I think it’s like 38? May be less. Can never have overtime, even if you work over you do not get paid for it. The communication is horrible at a lot of offices. I wasn’t even made aware I had a new field supervisor twice now. They also never call you back , ever! No one in certain departments in the office answers . I was also told it was mandatory to use the app to clock in and out which apparently is not true , the app has caused my weekly performance scores to go down due to not being able to click on and out when I’m suppose to, which now is causing me to miss out on bonuses. They also taxed the one time I did get a bonus they taxed my pay check and bonus together as a whole at 22% when it should have been separated! Only the bonus should be taxed at that rate!
