Open and friendly. Senior Leaders are accessible and the culture speaks to humble ambition which I love. There is a genuine care for people here with strong benefits and time-off policies. 401(k) match and Benefit copays are excellent and Shut it Down Days have been approved for another year which gives 2 Fridays every month in addition to Holidays and Vacation time. There is also a genuine openness to doing things differently, and a strong recognition that change is needed to continue advancing. People that have been here a while don't seem defensive about "their ways" and that feels good.
Cons
My only complaint is I receive a lot of informational emails. While it's great to stay connected to the wider org and it's often interesting reading, it felt overwhelming in my first few weeks.

Leadership needs to focus more on delivery and support employees dealing with the customers frustrations
